Are your items used?
Everything we sell is 100% brand new, never worn or damaged.

What is your return policy?


Returning Merchandise

  • We offer FREE RETURNS to all our customers.

  • All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.

  • Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached.

  • You can print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.

  • You will have 30 days to send the item back for full refund once you receive the free return label.

  • Once we receive the items back, we will process the return and refund the balance back to you.

  • Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.

Nonrefundable items

Returned items from the following categories are not accepted: Cosmetics, Undergarments, Hosiery

All items from the sale category are final sale. These items can not be returned for refund or exchange.

How often do you receive new items?
Our inventory changes very fast because items sell out quick, new items are added about 3 - 4 times a week.

How much is your shipping?
All orders are shipped with USPS PRIORITY or FIRST CLASS!
All orders are processed, shipped & delivered within 5-7 business days from the day you place the order. Once you the order is shipped you will get a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Up to $10 = $3.75

  • $10.01 - $30.00 = $4.75

  • $30.01 - $75.00 = $5.75

  • $75.01 & over = free shipping

We ship anywhere in USA including all US territories. The following are considered domestic shipments. USA, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Saipan Island, St. Croix, St. John, St. Thomas, Wake Island, Marshall Islands, Palau, Micronesia, Truk Island, Kosrae Island, Yap Island.

How long does it take for you to process an order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from Monday to Friday only. Processing includes payment and order confirmation and packing for shipping via USPS or UPS. Orders received over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment for orders within the 50 US states including the US territories and APOs: Debit/Credit card payments with the Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover logo.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your invoice and tracking number.

When will you ship my order?
Orders are usually shipped 1 or 2 business days after an order has been placed from Monday to Friday only.

Do you ship to APO/FPOs?
We ship anywhere in USA including all US territories. The following are considered domestic shipments. USA, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Saipan Island, St. Croix, St. John, St. Thomas, Wake Island, Marshall Islands, Palau, Micronesia, Truk Island, Kosrae Island, Yap Island.

 

What if my order is damaged or defective?
In the unfortunate case that one of our products arrives damaged or defective, we offer full refunds. We ask that you provide a photo of the product to our customer service department so that we may work to process your refund request. Please contact us by clicking the Contact Us Page and we will reply to you within 24 hours.

 

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 15 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@ccdivadesigns.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
